I am so excited to be able to welcome brides back to my studio and will be starting appointments again from the end of June. Below are my temporary operating procedures to conform with current government guidelines while we negotiate these crazy times.
I hope that these measures will make your bridal experience as safe and enjoyable as possible for all involved. I will also be hosting a pop up shop in London in October where the same procedures will be followed.
I will be scheduling longer gaps between appointments to allow time to thoroughly clean the studio and dresses between each client.
Please arrive on time, I’ll be unable to start appointments early as will be either with another bride or cleaning before your appointment. If you arrive late I will still have to finish as scheduled to ensure I have enough time before the next appointment.
Brides will only be able to bring one guest along with them but you are more than welcome to use Zoom/ Face Time to include others in your appointment.
On arrival you will be asked to use hand sanitiser
Where ever possible I will maintain a 2m distance from all brides and their guest. When this is not possible (when helping you in and out of dresses) the Government advice is that we both wear face coverings. Please bring your own face mask along with you, you will not be able to try anything on without one. I also ask that your guest bring one along too.
Any dresses that have been tried on will be steamed in between appointments to sanitise them.
I ask that you do not touch other dresses and instead let me pass them to you.
I am unable to offer refreshments during this time but please do bring anything you would like along with you.
Unfortunately the bathroom facilities will also be off limits until the Covid-19 restrictions are lifted.
Please let me know if you are feeling unwell or showing any symptoms and we can re-schedule.
Thank you for your understanding. Please get in contact with any questions!
